SPRINT

I have experienced dropped and failed calls for months, not only from varied locations but in my home. |When I complain it seems as though they pull excuses out of a hat, not lited to but including the claim that they are building new towers to improve coverage. I have friends who are Sprint customers with the same complaints. We expect to have our calls fail at least one time during a conversation in addition to poor reception. Sprint holds the subscriber responsible to pay for less than adequate cellular service. I am held hostage to continue their service by their $150. Early termination fee. My contractural agreement defies the objective of a contract; that both parties honor an obligation; in this case the obligations are a monthly charge in exchange for acceptable service. The acceptable service is the missing element.

We had to wait a little while as the store was a bit busy however they told us they would be with us as soon as possible. They were very helpful in getting my wife a new phone and set it quickly. Overall a good experience and would go back there again to take care of my cell phone needs.
