SPRINT

We were with Sprint for 4 years and never had a complaint until we started having our calls dropped every 30 seconds to 1 minute all over our house and while we were in our community. Customer service kept telling us that the and quot;towers were being updatedand quot; and one or two more weeks and it would be fine. After many calls over two months we determined we had to switch service providers for our cell phones. Every time we called Sprint they upped the timeline for how long it would take to and quot;update the towersand quot; until it was several months in the future. Sprint needs to be more honest with their customers and warn them if they anticipate updates that are going to interrupt cell service for months at a time. It was so frustrating to keep asking questions and not get any clear answers. We don't have a land line and we count on our cell phones to work, especially in the case of emergencies or urgent situations and we often couldn't even make an outgoing call.

I do not like Sprint, but none of them are good. I do drop calls once in a while. I have issue with their website and being able to pay my bill. The coverage area is not great, sometimes a long time to get to my apps.

The service is okay and I've had them for fifteen years.

I like their price and the reception within my workplace.

They are friendly and genuine. They were concerned with trying to help me when I had issues.

We wouldn't have stayed with them if we were not happy. We had very poor reception with our previous cell phone company, so we transferred to Sprint. We also changed due to the price of the previous company. We have been happy with the phones, and we have been happy with the service connection and everything. We just don't use them a whole lot, but that's okay too.

The people here were great. They were very helpful. They called the Sprint customer service for me and helped to resolve the issue without a hassle. When I bought my accessory, they were also very helpful and did not try to push me to buy the more expensive options.

Everyone at this store was great to work with. We had an ordeal with another company that claimed to be a sprint store and looked like a sprint store but was not in fact a sprint store. When I called Sprint they directed me to this location and everything was taken care of completely.
