Every time I call Sprint, I get the same run around... bad connections in North Minneapolis.

I've never had any problems with the service. If I have any questions, I usually go into the store and they get everything straightened out for me right away. The staff is very courteous and kind. I would recommend them to others.

My wife has been a Sprint wireless customer since 2001. We added my line in 2005 and 3 others in 2006 ($198/month for 5 lines). The switch from a single plan to a multiple-line did not go smoothly, but after a few phone calls it was resolved. We purchased the insurance, thankfully, as we've needed to use it for 3/5 phones (normal wear-and-tear issues, I guess phones are being made more cheaply these days as evidenced by the number of repairs). The reception in the Twin Cities has been pretty good overall, and during our frequent trips to Central Wisconsin; the reception continues to improve. We have been disappointed with the handling of insurance repairs. Two lines have the same phones and needed to be replaced, we were offered low quality replacement phones (unlike the phones for which we originally paid). We were given refurbished phones identical to ours- one did not work and will be replaced again this week (if they can find one as the model has been discontinued).

We've used Sprint for a few years. We looked at our plan and realized, that we've been signed up for too many minutes over the last year. We called and changed our plan to fewer minutes and save over thirty dollars per month. We just had to sign on for another 2 years. The only complaint is, that we live in a heavily wooded suburb and there is one spot we can talk in at home, and even then, we still loose calls. It's the only plan we can use in the multiple cities we travel to, though.

I'm pretty happy, but if I thought another service was better then I would go to another. They do give deep discounts for some companies, so it's best to ask. I'm pleased. Price, with discounted rate, for two phones is 75/month for 2000 shared minutes.
