I called Southwest Firestone to get a quote for an oil change and tire rotation since they're in my neighborhood and I had a coupon for $10 off these services. I had not previously taken my car there. The man I spoke to said that they weren't very busy right then - it was late Friday afternoon - so I took my car in. The work took about an hour. Everything went well. I went back after I drove about 100 miles to get the lug nuts torqued and that was done quickly and efficiently. I would definitely go to Southwest Firestone again.

They are reliable and honest. I recommend them to everyone.

I trust them very much. The timing belt was a little more expensive because my vehicle was a 2000 Caravan. They're very pleasant. They got stuff done promptly. The estimates come in pretty close to what they said they would. The car is clean. They don't do add-on stuff.

Overall, the experience with this company has been exceptional. They recognize their customers and care about the experience. It seems important to them that the customer understands the issue and they look for reasonable solutions.

They got me in right away, sold me the exact right tires for my SUV, and installed them quickly - finishing exactly on time - even fixing a broken lug nut without charging extra labor.

Southwest Firestone saved me hundreds of dollars over what the dealership quoted me for the work. They were courteous and professional, without the condescending tone that women often get at auto repair places. They actually talked me into a less expensive wiper blade replacement option, reasoning that the more expensive blades would wear out at about the same time. I was very impressed with the company and their integrity.

I called to see if they could get me in, and they told me I could come right over. I left the tire with them for diagnosis and repair if possible. When I called a couple of hours later, the tire was ready, and they put it on for me and returned the spare to the trunk. The technnicians were extremely pleasant and helpful, and the entire experience was stress-free. As a woman, I felt very comfortable with the people and the way I was treated was top notch.

I stopped in just before closing time with a headlight out. They told me it was a loose connection, adjusted it, and didn't charge me a penny! I also asked about having my door handle replaced. They quoted me half what the dealership quoted. Southwest Firestone was recommended by friends of mine who get all their repairs done there.

Very well. I had taken my car in for an oil change and when I picked it up they told me my front brakes were bad and had prepared an estimate for me. I called them about a week later to schedule. I dropped it off before work, they called with an update while I was at work (no surprises!). After work, I popped in and paid and picked it up.

Dropped the car off in the morning and had it repaired in the afternoon.

They are on time all the time. They are very professional. They tell you exactly what things are going to cost and they don t try to gauge you. They tell you what could be fixed and if you don t have to have it fixed. When I was having trouble with my old car they didn t charge me for the diagnostics. Even though I live in Minneapolis, I still go here.

It was good experience, they usually get me in within a few days. They get the work done when they say they will. They always call me when they find an additional problem.
