I had previously done business here and was very pleased with the excellent quality of the work and Bill and Guy's professionalism. These two projects were no different than before-- amazing workmanship, total honesty, plus that great feeling of not having to worry about anything. (Fair disclosure: I was service manager at a couple of high-end new car dealerships earlier in my life. Southeast Auto Service is one of the very few repair shops I've come across since then that has met my standards.)  

Have done business here several times before and each time have been reminded that this is the best and fairest place around. Bill is the type of repairman whose only concern is doing the right thing for the customer and the car.

I told the manager, over the phone, what I had done and what I thought was wrong. I expected him to tell me how my troubleshooting was invalid and how it could be this or that or this and how all of that could be very expensive. But he did not! He agreed that what I had observed was the symptoms of a fuel pump. That was very reassuring and put me at ease. I got the car towed from home (thank you roadside assistance) to their shop. I was called later with their results, which were a bad fuel pump -- and nothing more. No extra "things you should really do" like flush the gas tank, replace filter, rotate the tires. He gave me a choice of replacement part sources, each of their prices and his experiences with each. He recommended one that was closer to the low end of the range and he told me it would be done that afternoon -- and it was. The owner picked me up at home in my car. I was able to see that everything was working great. At the station, I received the warranty for the part, paid and I was off. After a couple of hundred miles, the repair is still working 100%.

Bill and the rest of the staff at Southeast Service are professional, fair, honest, and quick (if they can be). They don't recommend unnecessary repairs. Sometimes the service is well under what other garages charge. Bill explained that if he doesn't gauge folks on the small stuff, they're likely to return for the big repairs. He explains problems and solutions in a way that I - a non motor head - can understand. I have them on speed dial.

The work I had done here was professional, on-time, and the pricing was very competitive. Most importantly, it was honest. They don't do unnecessary work and are always transparent about the work being performed. Great communication and follow-ups. If you're around the University of Minnesota, drop your car off here. Dave and his staff are awesome.

They're very good about getting us in and calling us when it's done. It's close to us, too.

We have used Southeast Auto for service and repair on our two vehicles for 10 + years. The staff are professional and efficient and provide quality service and repair work.

They treat me very well. They do what I ask them to do. They tell me things that I might want to think about doing but they don't try to sell me on anything else. My overall experience with them has been excellent.
