Far exceeded my expectations of needing such major work completed

We had several exterior home repairs completed and Snap did an outstanding job. Matt worked with our insurance company and was great about keeping us informed. He was also quick to address any questions/concerns we had. In addition to the storm repairs we also had Snap replace a large picture window, skylight and add a fence gate. Everything went very well.

Brian was great! He came out twice for the energy efficiency audit as the first time the temperature was the same outside as it was inside. He provided a lot of information about what we could do to make our house more efficient and didn't try to sell us on anything. We also asked him to come out later to provide us a quote for replaceing the top boards on our deck. His quote was far more reasonable than anyone else's. Brian's was 1/2 to 1/3 the price of others who had provided ridiculously high quotes. My husband ended up doing the deck himself but I would definitely call Brian again.

Dan at Snap Construction was so great to work with and he had sure we had a great crew. We were very pleased with their price, work and follow-up. We would definitely hire again.

We were very please with the work of Snap Construction. They were professional, courteous and prompt. I got several quotes and all the other companies wanted to tear our garage down and build new. The contractor at Snap Construction saw that our garage could be fixed, and designed the new roof so that it would be done correctly, according to code. Their lead carpenter did an extraordinary job making our garage, which had been leaning and slightly twisted, upright again. We were very impressed with his skill and his speed. We were very happy that we were able to save money by not having to build a new garage. Also we are very pleased with how attractive and solid our garage is now. We would highly recommend Snap Construction.

Wonderful! Brian was great to work with. He was prompt and had the best pricing compared to others we checked. They also took care of the Centerpoint reimbursement so we didn't need to do the paperwork. They made it so easy!

Snap replied promptly to our call, explained what needed to be done and gave options on materials. Before the first snow fall the work was completed including the staining. I especially liked the attention to details like staggering the seams and working around existing obstacles.

It went very well. No surprises. They were also quite reasonable on the premium charge for 3/4" rather than the standard 1/2" shakes that I requested.

Excellent communication and follow-up during project. Several configuration options were provided so didn't have to settle on one design. City inspector "impressed" with work quality and code adherence. Received higher bids with lesser quality materials.
