As it turns out, Home Depot had messed up the counter so we had to reorder it. Shelter Bay came out a second time and did not charge for the initial charge. They were very understanding and only charged for the work that they did.

Excellent work, The job was started and finished when promised, always cleaned up at the end of the day. Professional workers and easy and friendly to deal with. They did an excellent job. The floors are beautiful!

Excellent. Dan and his crew (his two sons) did an outstanding job. Most everything had to be done "one off" because nothing was square, even the new construction. Due to very big errors made by the guy we hired before Dan and his crew, it was a difficult job to make everything look nice. However, they did and they were professional the whole way through... I would hire them again in a minute and they will be the first people I call for projects in the future.
