The 1st time we got the bed when we sat on it made a horrible sound. They sent more people out to reassemble the bed correctly. They won’t do service calls. They say they will help us on the phone to walk us through it. I have tried every number to call and told them it is uncomfortable and they just tell me to change the number.   The mattress keeps slipping off the box spring when you get in bed. They suggested I go buy a rug grip to put in between the mattress and box spring.  They said if we go buy it they would reimburse us so obviously we aren’t the only ones with this problem. I am not getting any good help from the company.  I have asked them to check out to see if it is working and compressing correctly and they tell me they cannot do that they don’t make home calls. The only time they would come to your home is when they delivery and assemble the bed.

It works really well. We have an adjustable thermos on both sides. It is filled with air and has a compressor. We adjust it with a remote. We have had it for about four years. The store was very helpful. They helped us find what we wanted and explained how it worked.
