Screen Medic is a Minnesota family owned and operated mobile screen repair business. The company was founded by brothers Chris and Chad Berg using their skills and expertise obtained while working at a local hardware store for over 5 years. We have over 15 years of experience and are devoted to make our services as convenient as possible for our customers. Our business model enables us to perform screen repair services on site. We service you on site taking the hassle out of seeking repair anywhere else. Screen Medic can also help enhance your home while keeping the pests out. Every step of the process went smoothly and the project got finished almost two weeks ahead of time. They knew their product and helped us to make good choices to update our 30 year-old screen porch. Now it has expansive views, easier maintenance and screens should withstand our black lab’s claws. Per our request, they did the tear down on a Friday afternoon, gave us the weekend to do any needed painting, and they completed the install the following Monday morning. Very much appreciated this accommodation.

Screen medic is awesome! I was amazed how they were able to take off our old screens (which were stuck to the window frames), build new ones right on site, and replace them within an hour or two! We're so happy to have new beautiful screens that are now easy to take off for cleaning. Very reasonable pricing, too. Couldn't be happier with this company!

Dan showed up early for the appointment after he called first and let us know he was going to be a little early.....very thoughtful. We had two oversize screens that needed to be replaced and he did the work fast and very well....the new screens look great! They match the other window screens perfectly (important to my wife) Great Job!! We had a little problem with the charge total amount vs what was quoted me on the phone when I made the appointment. I called Screen Medic after the tech had finished and left and talked to them about the pricing discrepancy and they said no problem at all....they would refund the difference and honor the price quoted me. No hassle....no BS....just great customer service. It is SOOO pleasurable for me when I find a company that does quality work, is punctual, and is also ethical and honest! I would give them 10 stars if I could. I wholeheartedly recommend Screen Medic to everyone that needs screen work done. I certainly will use them for any and all screen issues in the future!

Cassie was great in setting up my appointment and working around my schedule. The serviceman called ahead and was there on time. He explained everything he would be doing, and what my options were. He was skilled at customizing for each window opening. The amount charged was exactly what they had estimated. I will probably use them again for other windows.

Some screens on our porch had holes. We anticipated replacing all of them because (1) they were so old, and (2) we wanted them to match. Because we had an old screen system, it was tricky to remove the screens. But the workmen did, and carried them to their truck for replacement from aluminum to fiberglass. They now look great ... a definite improvement.

Screen Medic was careful to gather all details & measurements before giving the initial estimate, better than others who gave a general (and higher) estimate, and their final on-site estimate did not change. They worked around my erratic schedule by picking up one afternoon & returning the next. The repairs and replacements were excellent, better quality than before, and they fixed one slider without having to repair, so the final cost was lower than the estimate.

The whole process went very well for us. I know that the guys from Screen Medic had some set backs. ( Extremely cold weather, out of square openings) We are very very impressed and satisfied with the job they did.

If only the medical industry were as efficient as Screen Medic. Turn around time from initial contact to new screens was fast. Throughout the entire process I knew what steps were next thanks to the step-by-step form emailed to me and updated throughout the process ("communicate schedule," "on site estimate," "perform service" etc.) They made it very clear what was needed from me (if anything) at every step to avoid any wasted trips or lost time. Oh, and the screens look great! The actual labor involved was two guys at my house for two partial days. Key complaint is the price considering this wasn't a hugely labor-intensive project. We ended up painting the trim ourselves in our garage to save $500+ in labor costs. But the fact that I hired them once and would consider doing so again suggests how much I value their efficiency.

The screens for my 13 older windows (22 yrs old) all needed replacing. The corners for the old screens were now obsolete so new screen frames had to be fabricated. Chad came out to my house and took the old screens back to their shop so he could match them. The new screens were delivered and installed the next day. The new screens all look great and it’s good to have screens back into all of the windows. Thanks for a good job done. I would use then again.
