We took our 1966 Vespa to Scooterville because we couldn't get our scooter to stay started. We made an appointment and were able to get it in when we wanted. They were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about our collector Vespa. They called and explained the problem, and highly recommended resealing the fuel tank because the considerable amount of rust. They said we didn't have to have that done, but recommended it.
We decided to get the carb work done and to reseal the tank at the same time. They informed us that some times fuel tank resealing produces some paint loss. The work was completed, and our Vespa looked as good as new.
We appreciated that they told us the things that could occur with this type of work.
We are extremely happy with the results, and it runs as good as new.
We will ALWAYS take our scooter to Scooterville. They know what they are doing!
