Really well. She really listened to when to apply more pressure and when to lighten up.

It was okay. It was pretty typical of chiropractic offering those kinds of deals.

I talked to Dr.Staff on the phone. I wanted to come in their for an evaluation and a message. It was supposed to be free due to an AL promo, but it ended up not being free. The evaluation was not going to be a charge per Dr. Staff. There was no talk about therapies during the phone call about the evaluation.It was explained if there was going therapies and the cost not explained either. I came in to have the evaluation done, once the evaluation was completed he began to do Chiropractic adjustments. I asked him if there was a fee before he continued with the adjustments. Dr.Staff explained there was a fee and apologized, he thought he had gone over the fee's over the phone call.I felt like he knew there was a fee, and I feel like he did know that he didn't explain that to me over the phone. I asked him to not continue with the adjustment since there was a fee. Unfortunately, since he only adjusted one side to my back, it caused a flare up with the other side of my back. There was ALOT of confusion with the pricing and the free evaluation and what the cost of service was. The office manager seemed to not understand the pricing of the therapies of the office. There was a lot of double talk and it was very confusing. Once I explained there was double talk going on, they became defensive and very uncooperative, and unprofessional. The message therapist was great and very helpful. She did a very great job and went out of her way.The only issue I had was with the office manager and Dr.Staff. They were not accountable and very misleading. The office itself was clean and comfortable. It was the OFFICER MANAGER that I grade a D!

it went okay.  Office was somewhat cold... space heaters everywhere.  Friendly staff, took time to ask me questions.  Service was okay, not better than past chiro services I have used so no reason to go back to try again

Staff was very friendly. Doctor gave me lots options to help reduce my neck stiffness in the future along with an adjustment.

Interactions with two staff were bit stiff and hurried; there was a more easy feel to interaction with the massage therapist.  Basically the treatment itself went well.

I went for my initial visit and was extremely pleased.  I see Dr Gordon Staff monthly.  I have been going to chiropractors for 40 years and believe Dr Staff is the best I've ever used.  He uses a combination of the table as well as wall board and chair adjustments.  He takes the time to explain what he is doing and how it will benefit.  In addition to Dr Staff, I see Michelle for theraputic massage.  I have an extremely stressful job.  Michelle not only provides the stress relief but she supports the adjustment routine from Dr. Staff.  They make a great team.  I see her monthly as well.

I was pleased with the series of treatments I received from Dr Schroeder.  She explained the type of injury I had and did a thorough job of treatments which reduced my pain and symptoms considerably.  What really impressed me about Dr Schroeder was that, when I was still having some pain, she suggested it was time to see a physical therapist instead of just continuing to treat.  My back is considerably recovered from its condition two and a half months ago, and much of that improvement is, I believe, related to my treatment from Dr Schroeder.  I will return to the clinic as needed and recommend Dr Schroeder unreservedly.

It went wonderful. I am actually still seeing the chiropractor. She does not make you feel pressured to come back, which I enjoy. She uses more natural remedies.

It worked out well. It took them a couple of days to call me back because, they were out of town. I have not received the massage yet. They seem like honest folks so, I am sure that they will call me back as soon as they get a new massage therapist. I will continue to use them.
