Tim and Adam arrived at our house the next business day and went right to work. While one was in the attic the other was in the lower level replacing the fresh air duct. In less then an hour they had the whole thing done! The Realtor arrived just as they were finishing. They explained what they did and left a receipt with a detailed description of their work. It was just what we needed to close on our house.

Sabre Plumbing has been excellent responding to two HVAC issues last year and a plumbing related issue performed under warranty on 8/21/2015. The repairmen arrived at the promised time, they performed the work quickly and effectively, resolving the problem.

The foot of the water heater broke off the water heater. This is simply a plastic foot that normally would cost under $10.
While they are supposed to provide me the plastic foot as covered under the warranty, they will not provide it to me, unless I schedule their company to come out and install it for $90. $90 to put a foot on the bottom of the furnace is ludicrous. Any monkey can install this foot onto the water heater.
I am going to notify Pulte so that they can reconsider who they use for the future.
Do not use these guys. Terrible service!!!
"Customer wanted us to replace a part under warranty without looking at it. We would have replaced the part under warranty with a minimal labor charge and if we determined it was in install issue, there would have been no charge at all. Without looking at the problem, we simply cannot give parts away under warranty. Customer refused to have us out to look at the problem."
I called Sabre to see if they could address the problem. While I was initially told that they would send a service tech at no charge, when the scheduler called me back, that position was reversed by the plumbing master. According to the scheduler, they don't do anything, ever, to insulate the pipes they install. Even in Minnesota, where that should be a given. And so they could send a service tech, but it wouldn't be for a week and it would be billable.
