It was a wonderful experience working with Ed. After calling him he was out the very next day to upgrade our existing alarm system. He really listened to our needs and made valuable recommendations. His solutions were perfect for our needs. He is a professional all the way and knows what he is talking about! All work was done efficiently and neatly and included hard-wiring devices. His annual alarm monitoring contract is highly rated, local, and the very best in price that I could fine. Ed knows his stuff, is a blast to work with and is Highly Recommended. What was special; he called me back the next day to see if everything was working ok and if we had any questions about the operation of the alarm. Try and find this kind of service from a national provider- I wish you luck.
completely so it was fully operational when he left. I highly recommend Mr. Rouse
I would strongly recommend him for any residential or business alarm system installation. He has years of experience working for a national alarm company before going out on his own.
I would give him a triple A+.
Ed Rouse was terrific. Fall of 2010 I was in a restraining order situation and felt I needed to be able to prevent or if necessary document any future actions. Ed came out and was able to advise me both on products and their usefulness. It was obvious that he has been in this business for a long time and knows what he's talking about. It was really nice to work with Ed on a solution that really fit me and was not just a cookie cutter approach. He spent a lot of time - several days - not just advising me but also placing and testing the camera system we selected and he installed.
What really sets Ed apart is how great he was when I had had an accident (unrelated to the security issue) in the middle of his work with me. I was hospitalized and didn't get home for 5 weeks. By then it was the middle of winter and we weren't able to complete the work until the next summer. Ed was fantastic about working with the situation and came back and finished with complete friendliness and professionalism in June.
I whole heartedly recommend him as provider of security systems.
