Outstanding experience! Bob and his partner Jose met with me to discuss the process. They were very thorough in explaining the process. They made recommendations on staging and even carried some boxes out to the garage for me. These guys are very hands on -- Bob even got up on my garage roof to remove tree branches! A few repairs were necessary and they had s network of reliable and reasonably priced pros at the ready. They hired an amazing company to photograph my home. These photos led to 16 showings the first 3 days the house was on the market. I accepted an offer over asking 5 days later. These guys know real estate and understand what buyers are looking for. They also checked in with me nearly every day to support an anxious seller. Finally, when we got to the appraisal, Bob met the appraiser at my home and walked him through. It's hard for me to imagine how they could have done a better job! Very impressive.
