Roofing
On October 29th I made my first attempt to contact Ralph at Rivera Exteriors, but he did not return any of my phone calls. I was not successful at contacting him until November 7th. Since this initial conversation I have been stood up when Ralph promised to meet me several times, and when he finally did show up he was late by over two hours. He did promise to fix my windows, but those have so far been empty promises. He and his employees have even mocked me to my face regarding the damage to the stucco on my house.
