Juley Viger with River Realty went above and beyond in the sale of our property. My husband and I live in Oregon and inherited the property in Minnesota. We never set foot on the property. Juley managed all the details and completely took the stress out of selling property we had never seen before. She was very easy to work with and very knowledgable in the Longfellow nieghborhood and real estate itself.  She explained what needed to be done to sell my home.  She staged my home by moving my furniture and adding some of her own.  My home looked so much bigger when she was done!  My home sold within 2 weeks.  When I bought my new home she was there for me too.  My new home needed upgrades and she provided me references for people who came in and did a great job.  In negotiating the sales for both home, she did a great job and was a tough cookie.  I would not sell or buy another home without Pat on my side.
