I brought in the items to be repaired and had them back the next day. The turnaround time depends on how mamy other orders they have of course. Friendly, "small town" service, and staff who actually know how to fix things, rather just run a register like in the big box stores.

I bought it & they delivered it the same day. It is a superb machine and works far better than my old one. They have never failed to have the part or item that I need. They know their customers and treat them well.
