My snowblower would not start.  I spoke with Mark on the phone and asked if the shop would work on my machine (an older model).  He told me they would and could fix it as long as parts were available.  He estimated the turnaround time to be about two weeks due to a backlog of work.
I dropped the snowblower off at River Lake True Value Hardware which is a related company to this one (handy since the hardware store has longer business hours).
Two days later I heard back from the shop that my snowblower was fixed and ready to go.  I was surprised that the work was done so quickly!  I paid just $8 for parts beyond the tune-up charge which was very fair.  After a 6-inch snow I can confidently say the snowblower works great!

I dropped off my trusty Lawn Boy on a Wednesday morning. I asked for a tune-up and a quote for fixing a problem with the self-propell feature. By that afternoon I had a phone call message detailing what was wrong with the self-propell and a quote. The price to fix propell was high so I called and said skip that part but continue with the tune-up. By the next morning it was all done and ready for pick up. I will use them again!

ESTIMATED 2 WEEKS AND $125, IT WAS MORE LIKE 2 MONTHS AND $60. NICE, STRAIGHTFORWARD, HONEST ABOUT THE BACKLOG AND VERY HELPFUL. GREAT FOLLOW-UP SERVICE TOO.
