Richard has done our water systems for almost 20 years.  His systems include water softeners, whole house purification, RO, etc.  Richard is very personable and he knows water!!  We've always been extremely happy with the products & service he's provided us. Our RO water is better than any bottled water we could buy!!  He has excellent technicians working for him.

They are really friendly and they always explain things clearly.  They are not pushy but provide you with all the information you need to make a good decision.  They also send reminders for when we need to get the filter changed which I really appreciate.

I have had Richard work on several projects for me over the years. He has installed systems in my home and in my office. The latest project involved moving my system from the office my lease ran out on to the new office location. This was an older building which at first looked like it was going to be an impossible and expensive job. Woody, Richard's installer is brilliant, and very picky and fastidious. Everything was done perfectly and works perfectly. I keep using Richard's Custom Water is for a couple of reasons. First I, my wife, and my friends think the water from his system is the absolutely BEST water we have ever tasted. Second, they are masters at installation. You never have to worry about shoddy workmanship and something leaking. Third, they are extremely good with calling to maintain the system, (change filters, check the tanks, make sure things aren't leaking, etc.). I would recommend Richard's Custom Water over anyone else in the Twin Cities because we have had others and they just don't compare!
