The workmanship was excellent, but that was surpassed by their customer service. Very accommodating and willing to work with you. They were very efficient, work was done on time and it looks wonderful.

Work was excellent and the results astonishing.  Crew was timely, professional and cleaned beyond my expectations.  They got into every last nook and cranny, which says a lot if you could see all the doors and radiators in this house.  Finally, I got them on short notice - very short notice (long story) and they were able to take on the job and get it done!  Love these guys.

After purchasing our home, the first thing we knew we had to do,  prior to moving, was the refinishing of the floors.  After searching and reviewing several companies, we decided to go with Rhodes based on their reviews, previous jobs, and availability.  I can not say enough about how wonderful they were on all fronts!  They were punctual, hardworking and helpful....True professionals!  They took off all of the baseboards prior to sanding and advised us on to make little touch-ups and re-seal them.  They even provided us with some stain and finish.  The floors were sanded down, stained and finished with little mess as they made sure to cover and close off everything.  The also put on additional coat of finish gratis.  After finishing the floors, all the baseboards were re-installed and the final product was beautiful!  We couldn't be happier!  We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Rhodes!

Having called around for a few other quotes, their pricing seemed the best. They offered several pictures of jobs and references as well.  
While performing the work, they took the time to remove the baseboards and re-install them after the job was completed, which a few other companies did not offer. We also discussed the pros and cons of trowel filing the floors. Additionally, they helped address a few of the squeaks in the floor.
The floors turned out great! I am very happy with the job performed. Along the entire process Dustin did a good job of staying in touch with me and let me know how the project was progressing.  

Floors are beautiful.  Rhodes did a great job.  Between the second and the third coat of finish we scratched the floor in several spots putting in the appliances.  Before the final (3rd) coat they buffed out the scratches and now that the final coat is on, the floor looks flawless again.

I've already been recommending to friends, and will definitely use again in the future.
