The people at both Locations I visited, Southtown and Knollwood areas were long time employees, very knowledgeable and friendly. We had shopped many other places, with bigger brand names, but liked the locally owned, since the 40's, vibe. We've been very happy with the beds and the delivery was handled with skill and puncuality.

I purchase a bed (mattress and box spring) from Restwell after doing alot of research and visiting other mattress stores. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and professional. The bed is so comfortable, I decided to have it put in the master bedroom and moved my higher end Simmons Beautirest bed into the guest room. Being factory direct, the bed is an incredible value for the price.

Very well. I found out later that my husband felt he had committed to buying a new mattress at a different business, so we didn't buy here, but I would recommend them wholeheartedly, and I would have preferred to buy here. I like to support small businesses, and the salesman could not have been more informative.

PRICES REASONABLE. DID GOOD WORK, CAREFUL, EFFICIENT. SET UP BED QUICKLY, BUT DID NOT RUSH TO GET OUT OF HERE. POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. EXCELLENT WARRANTY.
