After 6+ months, one of the mattresses really started sagging in the middle and caused back pain to the person using it. Restwell came out and looked at it and suggested putting and extra support bar across the middle of the frame. We ordered the support bar from them but it was a big job to put in that support bar because we needed a metal screw bit (a special trip to the hardware store) in order to get it attached. That helped a little but there was still sagging and back pain. We turned and rotated the mattress just as suggested.
Because this all took place after the 6 month warranty, we were out of options. Never once did Restwell admit that there was a problem with their mattress and the way it was made. Why was one mattress fine and the other not? The weight put on both mattress was very similar.
Point is, we will never use Restwell again. A huge disappointment because we had been so satisfied years earlier.

Great sales service and a great delivery team.

Aaron was the manager at the St. Louis Store. He was low-key, told us not to feel pressured, he didn't work on commission, and almost recommended that we not make any decisions today. He was completely knowledgeable about the product, and was willing to give us an additional 10% off of the lowest marked price because I asked him about sales on the bed, and there had been a 10% off coupon for Restwell in the Star Tribune two weeks ago! Since we weren't planning on buying yet, he wrote out the offer on his business card for when we were ready to buy. The beds come with a "120 night" guarantee, so that if it is the wrong bed for you, they will keep working with you to find you the right mattress fit they can in their store. They also currently have financing for 6 month, No Interest, No Money Down through Wells Fargo. I also thought that $59 delivery charge was reasonable, which INCLUDES set up and removal of old mattress.

We've purchased two mattresses from Restwell in the last 10 years and have been happy with our purchases. Aaron, the manager at this location, does a nice job of offering help while leaving you alone to try out the mattresses as long as you want. Their products are good with no high pressure sales. Delivery was as promised and done quickly. Their mattresses are great quality and we'll buy there again.

Restwell Mattress Factory put me in contact with Dave Spraguer who installs and repairs wall beds. He replaced the broken cable and while adjusting the tension found that a weld had broken on the part that holds the cable assembly in place. Dave found this part in his shop and we rescheduled for two days later. He replaced the parts and adjusted the tension on the cable. I am once again able to put the wall bed into the wall. Dave was on time for both appointments. He was personable and did a great job for a reasonable price.
