Renew Plumbing installed a water heater 14 years ago at our residence. It finally bit the dust on the weekend (naturally). I called Gary up on Sunday. He gave me the installed price, said that he could get one ordered on Monday for installation on Tuesday. He called on Monday to confirm the installation time on Tuesday. He showed up as promised and we had hot water before noon.
He found during final testing that the draft from the water heater was quite slow. He went outside and proposed a possible solution. I followed up with a chimney sweep company that fixed the problem.

I didn't think he was too affordable. I am having a few problems with the faucet, as it is now leaking.

"I'm sorry you were dissatisfied. I see the report was made about 2.5 years after the work was done. I wonder when the faucet started leaking and if I supplied the faucet. I wish she would have called to let me know there was a problem. I would have tried to make it right."

I have used them for 10 years. He isn't cheap but I like quality. It's been what I have expected out of the company. He is excellent. He also gets the work done.
