+ -1 moreThis project involved completely tearing out the old staircase, then a custom design and installation of the new staircase. The stair location and dimensions presented several design challenges to bring it into code etc. Regan Construction figured it all out quickly and the result is a beautiful new staircase with excellent craftsmanship. It is the focal point of our home when you enter the front door, and we have received many compliments on it. The only thing we can take credit for is hiring the right construction company.
Description of Work: Matt Regan and his team did an outstanding job of building a new staircase in our home.

+ 2 moreThe experience couldn't have gone any better. He's very busy but set a time line for completing the work and stuck to it. Matthew's showed up on time and finished the majority of the work in a day and combined it with quality of a craftsman. 30 minutes after he started working and after seeing his first cased door, I remembered why I hired a professional. He even cleaned up after his work was completed. A couple of custom issues had to be addressed such as transition from hardwood to carpet, and cabinet that wasn't fitting correctly against a wall. His solutions were practical and looked great.
Description of Work: We hired Matthew as a trim carpenter for our basement. The work he completed: installed bi fold doors with jam, base trim, trim casing on windows doors. He also helped us install a counter and bar top.
