"Thank you very much for the review. I would like to share more info with other members because this was not a typical home sale. Tenants were renting the house for a few years, however they were not able to qualify to receive conventional financing. We found an investor who has purchased the property from the existing owner and sold the house to the tenants on Contract for Deed the same day. During 3 year contract for deed period new owners should be able to receive conventional financing and pay off the contract for deed. The best part, that we arranged the closing on the last day when their lease expired and existing tenants who became owners didn't have to move out. Sellers received cash at closing, investor financed the purchase, tenants became home owners. This is truly not a Win-Win, but a Win-Win-Win-Win transactions!"
