Project was to start 29 Aug 07. Rassmussen said they would begin 4 Sept 07. Nobody showed up. I called and they said they would show up on 5 Sept 07. They worked worked without a permit 5, 6, 7 Sept 07. I discovered a coloration problem that didn't match the look of the KasselWood brochures. I contacted Kassel & Irons and they would pay the contractor to re-roof what was done so far. Problem is the contractor didn't get back to work until 25 Sept 07. The permit was brought this time after many reminders. They worked 25, 26, 27 Sept. There were a few issues with installation and needed correction. Other days they worked were 1, 9,13 Oct 07. The 13 Oct 07, Mr Rassmussen came to clean up a rust stain from the dumpster, but he also wanted some money. He wouldn't do any more until I paid a majority of the balance. There was nothing in the contract about this. I eventually paid 5 Nov 07, because I was tired of this project. They came 6 Nov 07 and 10 Dec 07.
