It went very well. They were very detail oriented and interested in a good result--not just "blow and go" insulation. And they cleaned up afterwords very well.

They are busy. It took a while to get through to them, but once we did, they always returned calls or emails quickly. The work was excellent and very professionally done. It was Craig Edwards who really sold us on using this company. He explained everything clearly. He spent so much time explaining what would be done and coming out several times as we prepared for the insulation to be done. When Craig later discovered one section that had been missed, he quickly came out and finished it at no cost. We give him our highest ranking.

The interaction was fine. There were no problems. They were clean and tidy and did the job. They were a little bit late. The quality was not quite what I expected. It was a little sloppy.

Top notch company! They even took care of sending us all the paperwork for the rebate. Highly recco.

Craig and Steve did an excellent job. They met with me after the work was done to describe what they did in detail. I am very confident that what they did will care for the problems of a cold room. They were courteous, friendly, and new what they were doing. I would definitely hire them again.

Telephoned their office and spoke to a man. He said the estimator would call and he never did.

Firstly, Craig Edwards was always either on time or EARLY for appointments and everything was spot on. He always followed up to see if i had additional questions. I couldn't believe the process and that it all worked so smoothly. The guys who did the tear-down and the install were always on time, all very respectful and caring, made sure all other areas of the house were safe from any damage, covered everything w/plastic, always asked questions instead of assuming. They were done in 2 days. They were respectful of my neighbors' areas and even when they took a break outside, always caring about leaving anything on the lawn, driveway, etc. very friendly and willing to do whatever it took to get in and get done. I would highly recommend them to anyone - best experience EVER! GREAT JOB, GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH!

Called and was told someone would call us back. After one week and No call back I called again - only to be told they couldn't even get out to do an estimate for approximately one month. While I wanted to give them the opportunity to bid our job and compare to two other companies, we are not waiting a month. They need to hire more associates to provide more timely service.

He was very friendly and professional. He always returned my calls. We thought he was thorough and honest. He really did go through the house and even suggested where we could save money. The quote was higher because we didn't realize there was an insulation around our pot lights, which he helped us discover.

Quality Insulation probably kept my house from burning down ... and saved me from a specious lawsuit. When another insulation contractor broke through my ceiling in two places, I got nervous and called Quality Insulation to see what was going on up there. The prior company had basically defrauded me by very shoddily installing soffit chutes over closed soffits (so that the chutes served no purpose at all). Not only that, but they had sprayed new insulation over ancient recessed lights ... that had already scorched the existing insulation. Piling more insulation would have only made those old lights even hotter. Thank God they had only finished a small part of the job when they fell through the ceiling or I would have never known. I still get chills thinking about my Dad, who has had two strokes and lives with me, trying to escape a house fire! We installed new lights and did some other electrical work before the Quality Insulation team came in and did the job properly. They opened the soffits and installed proper vents and chutes, installed roof vents, laid down a vapor barrier, and only then, when everything was correct ... and SAFE ... did they put in the new insulation. The folks from Quality took a lot of time describing to me exactly what was wrong with the prior work, and what had to be done to fix it. This patient explanation proved to be invaluable later on when the prior contractor sued me! (I won.) I cannot recommend this company highly enough. If they say something needs to be done, it needs to be done. Quality Insulation will do the job right, on time, the first time. Do not be tempted to "go cheap" when re-insulating your attic. It could cost you dearly!

Very happy. Communication was excellent. Craig was able to fit us in to do the work in less than 1week. Craig followed up with an email the day before performing the work and another email the morning of the service. The crew that arrived to do the work was very professional. They laid down matts in our house and we're very respectful of our house. Once they finished the work they vacuumed up after themselves. They even vacuumed the steps. My wife was extremely impressed! She hates vacuuming the steps :-) Could not be happier.

The project went well! No issues came up, which we were relieved, especially since we had to temporarily remove a section of the roof in order to insulate certain areas in attic space. Craig provided a quality, detailed quote and was very responsive if we had any questions throughout the process. The on-site team showed up on time and completed the project earlier than expected. We were happy to find Quality Insulation by way of Angie's List and would recommend them to anyone.

They arrived earlier then they said, which was fine, looked over what was to be done and started working, finished and cleaned up, did a great job! Knew what they needed to get done, and were professional, there is not doubt I would have them do another job if and when I would need it and tell others too check them out.

Called on two separate occasions, both times talked to Eddie who said that Craig would call me back. That did not happen either time. In my second conversation with Eddie, I mentioned that I had called a couple weeks earlier and never heard back - and asked whether they were interested in the work - he said yes. Apparently they are not and must have enough work - but I feel it is very unprofessional and poor customer service to say you will call back and then not - twice. I went with a 'C' rather than an 'F' because I think F's should be reserved for poor workmanship, not just horrible customer service and a lack of professionalism.

I got a quote from Home Depot that seemed too 'generic' - so I called Quality Insulation. They went into detail to explain the issues (which HOME DEPOT did NOT address) -and suggested a Home Energy Audit. So they encouraged a neutral verification. I immediately felt the difference in my house. Very professional workers, worked hard, cleaned up. All positive.

We got estimates from a few different insulation companies and are very glad we went with Quality. The price was competitive, they were responsive to calls and questions and performed the work on time. They did a great job of outlining what we really needed to versus what was discretionary.

All the details are up above. The only thing I forgot was the coupon you offer. Oh well, I'll be more careful next time - just poor memory on my part. But I highly recommend this company, besides the great job, they were polite, hard working and as I said they did a great job.

I don't remember the last time I have had such wonderful customer service. Craig was prompt responding to my phone call and when he arrived he spent almost 2 hrs. going through my entire house and making me aware of the issues, but at the same time he did not pressure me to do everything. He came the morning of the install and checked on his workers who where all very professional and accommodating. He arrived before the end of the day to check on the work when his workers were about done with the project. Craig made me aware of a $500 rebate available to me and he even filled out all the paperwork for me and said to just sign it and mail it in. That along with the Angies List savings he applied to my bill was a great help. I can't say enough about Craig and his team!

Quality Insulation was professional in every aspect of this job. Craig Edwards provided a detailed, thorough estimate of exactly what they would do. He also walked us through the steps to process the energy rebates that were available for this improvement from Center Point. The crew; Mike, Carlos and Steve arrived as scheduled and were very courteous and professional and did several extra features to make sure everything was right. Craig followed up with an in person visit to finalize the paperwork and confirm everything. We had several proposals for this project and we were very, very pleased with the results we received from Quality Insulation. My recommendation is; when it comes to insulation, go with the pros at Quality Insulation.

insulated an addition, and upstairs attic. I think it went well, only time will tell when it's really cold/hot what kind of a difference we will realize, but the house feels warmer already!

Craig arrived on time the day of my appointment. He was polite, thorough, not rushed, took measurements and explained everything the crew would do and wrote a very detailed estimate. So detailed, in fact, that I realized how UN-detailed my other 3 bids were. However, to compare apples to apples with those bids I emailed the company to further clarify. I received a response in a timely manner and felt very comfortable hiring this company. However, even with the 10% AL discount, their price was still $600 more than the company I ended up going with. I'd definitely consider them for future projects, though. Despite part of the crawl space being inaccessible, Craig offered suggestions for caulking from the exterior. He really spent a lot of time trying to problem solve my cold floor issue, which I really appreciate.

Overall everything went great. Craig came out for the quote and covered up any areas that risked getting messy while he was looking around in the attic. Thoroughly explained his intent for work based on the audit we had done and the deficiencies he found. We had two other contractors look and note the same checklist to complete, but Craig not only had the best demeanor, but he had the best quote (one of the contractors never got back to us). When it came time to schedule Craig was very responsive by email and had his crew out right at 7:30 to start to work. The attic went by without a hitch in something like 4-5 hours. The group came back the next day (we split the work into two days) right at 7:30 to work on the basement. They asked permission to cut through sheet rock to access areas that were missing insulation and dealt with a whole mess of mouse poop and icky insulation. They cleaned up well aside from the dust and did what they could to repair any large holes left from the work (our basement is a work in a progress so we didn't care much about cutting into anything since everything is coming out anyway). There are some areas outside where the spray foam hit the house or the rocks outside, but otherwise everything looks really great and we look forward to our next utility bill to compare it to last year and see how much more efficient we're running now.

I did not hire Quality because as Craig Edwards advised me, the return on the insulation would be very little.
