Not good!! The job was promised to be completed in one week. 4 weeks later and a lot of excuses, it still looks unfinished. Edges of drywall are left in the unfinished state, molding was not nailed in place, the contractor could not come up with an idea for an access panel, so he installed a large louvered, unfinished door with exposed hinges on the outside wall. Trim that I KNOW I saved so it could be put back on, could not be located, so nothing was done to complete it. I procrastinated on writing this review because I don't like talking bad about anyone, but I used this site in the hopes of getting someone reliable and was let down big time! I feel like this contractor has too many other interest and maybe was just trying home remodeling as something new. I would suggest you keep looking and pass up this business for any type of indoor home remodeling projects.

A tree branch fell on our garage roof, put a 4and quot; hole in it, damaged half a dozen shingles and dented a drip edge in one location. All costs were explained and how the repair would be done was covered. Part of the job was to locate matching drip edge and shingles which are both about 5 years old. The new materials matched perfectly.

Dana Lindberg, the owner/operator of Quality Home Construction, was very personable and flexible in his service for us. He provided a detailed proposal after our initial meeting and gave us an estimate which stayed consistent throughout the project. One of the big challenges of our project involved a complicated roof connection due to prior additions. Dana was able to creatively meet our needs despite several other contractors having expressed skepticism following our meetings with them. Also, though we initially desired skylights on the roof and changed our minds half-way through the project, Dana was unfazed, not even charging us for the already-purchased skylights. At every step of the process, his detailed work and care was obvious--every aspect of the structure benefitted from his thoughtful, solid construction. The porch is beautiful, yet simple (exactly as we wanted).

Went great. Dana was prompt, communicative, very reasonably priced, and the quality of the work looks high. I wasn't home when they did the work, so Dana took a few photos on his phone to show me where the leak had been and the damage it did. I do not expect further leaks, but if there are, I've got a warranty. I would gladly have Dana do work on our house that I couldn't handle.

Dana met with us to fully understand our needs, and gave us a prompt estimate. He communicated regularly with us throughout the project, telling us when our windows were expected to be delivered and when the project would be finished. He was punctual, and performed extremely high quality work. If we had any questions, he would respond thoroughly and in a timely manner. Dana finished the job in a timely fashion and cleaned the site thoroughly. We will certainly use Quality Construction again when our next remodeling project arises.
