PURRSONAL CAT SITTING

I have used Purrsonal cat sitting before and always know that Heather and staff will do a good job. 
She is especially good with the details of taking care of elderly cat including pilling, special diets, watching food intake. Plus she  leaves a nice note with details of how things went.

Heather and Co. have been cat sitting for us for over five years now. We know our cats get care and attention, because when we get back from vacation and they see it's us coming through the door and not Heather, they are disappointed!
She took good care of one of our cats while she was taking medication, and is very patient with our other cat who is, shall we say, a little and quot;difficultand quot;.
After each trip we get a little and quot;report cardand quot; to let us know how they did, very cute.

I had gone for two weeks when I used them. The kitties were doing really well when I came home. They didn't seem to be angry or stressed. I really want to give her credit for that. However, they threw up several times on my comforter and she did not even try to clean it up. I was not very happy with that, but I didn't tell her that. So it's kind of a mixed bag as far as my feedback goes. I was surprised at how much it costs for people to do pet sitting for cats, but her price seemed reasonable compared to the others. That was the only time I used her. I really liked the way it worked.

The kitties are always happy when I return home, and I can tell they have been well cared for and given attention and playtime. I feel total confidence leaving them in the care of Heather and her team. They take the time to understand any special needs the cats have. Heather's systems and customer service run like clockwork - I've never had any problems of any kind while I'm away. Such a relief to have professionals who take the job seriously, after years of relying on friends and neighbors. Hooray for Purrsonal Catsitting and Heather.

I have been using Heather for cat sitting since 2005 and I will never use anyone else again (as long as she is in business). Heather is unbelievably wonderful. She is friendly, honest, responsive, professional, and smart. But importantly, I trust her completely. I have three cats on three different prescription diets, with both wet and dry food each. In addition, they are all on different medications. Cat sitting at our house is complicated, time consuming, and takes energy. Heather seems to have no trouble keeping track of all of these details and making sure that everyone gets the proper food and medications. And then, somehow, she still finds the time to give the cats affection and play time. She is awesome! The biggest indicator of this is how my cats are when I return from a trip. The cats are completely happy and relaxed when I return. Of course they are happy to see me when I get home, but they are not stressed and desparate as they always were with previous sitters or family members. Heather obviously gives them the attention they need, but she also must have a very calm energy which they like. She is also very in touch with my cats - she has called me with concerns of dehydration on one of them, and she was correct. She is terrific and I feel so lucky to have found her. Plus, her newsletters are very well written and they are quite witty.

I have used her for the past 4 years. The people that work for her love cats. They are prompt and responsible. When they watch the cats the play with them. She is wonderful. I will keep going to her when needed. I have used pet sitters in the past and she is the best.

The service is always on time, instructions are followed to the letter and a very nice note awaits you when you return which describes the visits and what took place.

They were outstanding! I felt like they gave good personal attention to my cat while I was away. The owner is extremely nice and easy to deal with and is responsive to emails.

Purrsonal Cat Sitting is worth every penny not to have to worry. I've had friends that hire them because their cats needed medicine at a specific time and due to plans my friend hires Heather's crew to go and give the cat her dosage so my friend could attend a wedding during the day.

Heather is very good with my cats. She lets them approach her for attention, and she plays with them. She also takes care of my birds and does whatever other little chores I need her to do.

My cats like Heather, and that's probably the most important thing to me. It allows me to relax while I'm on vacation knowing that Heather will play with them, feed them and make sure they are ok. I had her come twice a day, 1/2 hour in the morning and an hour at night, for 6 days. My cats didn't even act like they missed us.

Heather runs a very professional service and puts the care of the cats at the forefront. Coming home to happy cats is quite a treat!

My cat (Lily) was home alone from Friday to Monday while we were away. Heather came once on Friday and Monday, and twice on Saturday and Sunday to play with Lily, feed her, clean her litterbox, etc. Before we left, Heather came over to meet Lily and get the details about house keys, where the cat food is kept, etc. She was prompt and professional and clearly very experienced, she asked questions anticipating problems we hadn't thought of. We came home to find a happy cat and a note on how things had gone (Lily was shy at first, but warmed up to Heather when they started playing). I was very happy with both price and service.

Everything went great. They left us detailed stories about the cats and their days. We even got a terrific photo of our pretty kitties. Heather also called to confirm after her first visit, that was really reassuring. I had no worries, and I'm a little compulsive when it comes to my critters. Will definitely be calling Purrsonal Cat Sitting again.

They were absolutely wonderful. They were kind and compassionate to our cat who was pretty sick. They were willing to go above and beyond;cleaning up sick cat messes and giving medication. They were also reasonably priced.

It appeared that there weren't any problems while I was gone, and the cats seemed fine when I returned home.

I am impressed with the good job Purrsonal Cat Sitting did with my cats and my house. She left a nice note to summarize the ''activities'' and I can tell the cats adjusted well to the change in their routine. I was especially worried about my 15 yr.old female who can be a little difficult. She was happy to see me but not tramatized at all. This tells me that Heather truly is a knowledgable ''cat person''. I will definitely use Purrsonal Cat Sitting service again.

HEATHER IS GREAT. SHE WAS THE CHEAPEST I FOUND FOR THE TIME SHE SPENDS WITH THE CATS. SHE USED TO LEAVE A NOTE EACH DAY TO TELL US WHAT THE CATS HAD DONE WHILE SHE WAS THERE THAT DAY. DUE TO HIGH DEMAND, SHE'S HAD TO CUT BACK AND ONLY WRITE ONE NOTE PER VACATION TO LET US KNOW HOW THE CATS DID WHILE WE WERE GONE. STILL WE'VE USED HER FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW AND WE HAVE EVERY CONFIDENCE IN HER. SHE DOESN'T MIND IF YOU CALL HER WHILE YOU'RE GONE JUST TO MAKE SURE THEY'RE OKAY. I STILL FEEL BAD LEAVING OUR CATS ALONE IN THE HOUSE FOR DAYS, BUT KNOWING THAT HEATHER IS COMING IN IS A REAL RELIEF.
