Family owned & operated. There are 3 employees with our company, Andrew, Mike & his wife Amanda. Andrew & Mike do the majority of the physical labor while Amanda does the house cleaning and helps occasionally with other jobs.

- It went very well. The house we bought had cream carpets and I didn't think they would come clean. This company did the carpet and it turned out great.
I told them that I would prefer to keep the scheduled time, and I wasn't worried about the weather. Then they siad that their main truck was not working, and they would have to use the smaller machines. I was fine with that too. Then they finally said that they would prefer to reschedule when their truck was fixed, so we changed the date.
On the date we rescheduled, they said they would be there at 8, so I didn't arrange for time off of work. At 8:30 I called them, and they said they were just leaving, and would be at my house shortly. They finally arrived at 9.
Once there, I hleped move the furniture, and left them to clean. The carpet and couch looked and smelled great when they got done.
Mandy arrived March 9, again on time and got right to work. All cleaning was done to my standards or better. She worked hard the entire 3 hours, and even washed some walls that I mentioned were needing attention.
I really appreciated Mike and Mandy. They were both hard workers and eager to please. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. In fact, Mike is coming back later this week to do several carpets for me. I have also recommended them to several friends.
Attempted to contact the owners. After multiple attempts, the owner answered the phone. Mrs Owner passed the phone over to Mr owner and continued to argue with client.
MR. ?OWNER" OF PRESTIGE CARPET CLEANING & UPHOLSTERY proceeded to threaten MRS Client by screaming into the phone 3 times screaming ?YOU ARE GOING DOWN B****?, "YOU ARE GOING DOWN B****?, ?YOU ARE GOING DOWN B****?
We were absolutely stunned that ANYBODY would say such a thing, let alone the OWNER of PRESTIGE CARPET CLEANING & UPHOLSTERY directly to a client.
This sort of behavior goes so beyond the normal ?rudeness? of a Company and/or Client. The fact that he would say such a thing directly to a client says a lot about Him and His Company.
When I tell this story to people, they cannot believe it themselves and don?t understand how they could still be in business.
Initially, when we ordered the service, Mrs. Owner had asked us if we would ?spread the word? throughout the neighborhood of their ?special? going on. We agreed and were more than happy to. Believe me, after this all happened, We have not only shared our outrageous experience with Prestige Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery in New Hope MN with our neighbors, but to everybody who asks what all this is about.
