Prescription also does - or markets itself as doing - snow management - and our Condo Association contracted with them for snow removal the last two years. This winter the contract was negligently and quietly allowed to give this company a 12-hr window after it stops snowing -- wayyyyyy too long to wait to get into driveway and into our garages -- that's bad enough. But the well-advertised storm on Feb 20 ended up where Prescription did not even show up for 27 HOURS after it stopped snowing. Terrible, dangerous service. More than 2x later than the contract! Meanwhile nobody could drive in the driveway without getting stuck, slipping into the snow banks, spinning, one person ruined the 4-wheel drive shift in their car trying to drive in and this was 15 hours after the snow stopped. The snow stopped in St Anthony Village around 2:00 am Friday morning. Prescription didn't show up until 6:45am TODAY - Saturday, with only a crew of 4. There are 150 units in this property, lots of vehicles need to be safe, and they've put this place last on their route this whole winter, horrible service. Now we owners have to go after the property management for even suggesting this vendor, do not use for snow management!!!
