PREMIUM PAINTING

Our estimate visit was scheduled and completed quickly. We had to wait for the work to be started this past summer because they were very busy but when the work started it was done quickly and well. They arrived on schedule each day (a 2 1/2 day project) and cleaned up at the end of each day. We had up to five painters working at once and all of them were courteous, friendly, and careful of our home space. We were happy to have them here. Lead persons kept us informed of the work plan and answered our questions quickly and completely. The quality of their work was superb. Two of our bedroom's walls had been scarred with a through-the-wall air conditioner that I removed and wall-patched, dry wall damage from removal of 40 year-old wall paper and multiple holes from picture-hanging nails and drapery hardware. The painted walls looked perfectly smooth when they were done. They patched up some other minor wall damage resulting from an earlier window replacement project. After almost 3 days of work they were happy to help us move our heaviest furniture back in place. Two months after completion we haven't found a single out-of-place paint drop, all the walls and ceilings look great, and we're very happy that we chose PP to do the work.

Great. Jade and team are a pleasure to work with. They carefully taped my freshly-refinished hardwood floors, ensuring no damage at all to them, and turned green walls with brown trim into a nice bright white! I've had them do subsequent work and have always been pleased with their punctuality, professionalism and quality of work. I've referred many friends and coworkers to Premium and plan to use them again myself.

Mostly great. Turned out the sample quart I got from Sherwin-Williams was not made properly, so painters had already painted the biggest room in the house before I was there and saw that the color was wrong. So I had to pay to have it re-painted...not Premium Painters fault. Jade was flexible with the schedule and was able to squeeze in all the work in a short time. They also removed wallpaper and repaired walls.

Jade and crew were professional, clean, friendly and did a beautiful job. I was really impressed with their work and attention to detail. They made sure the job was done well and we highly recommend them for any painting job!

Great painting crew - polite and professional. How many times does a contractor ask - 'Do you have any questions?' 'How does it look?' This crew does, because they want you to be happy!

Jade and his team did a great job!  We are getting our house ready to sell and were trying to figure out the best way to spend our money.  At the estimate Jade was so good in helping us figure out areas to do that were the best use of our money.  He was also the only one that was able to itemize each space in the estimate so we could pick and choose what we wanted done.  Their estimate was right in the middle but the money wasn't the deciding factor.  Throughout the process Jade answered my MANY questions and made me feel very comfortable with each decision.  Each day they were here, Jade, Dan, Dave, and Caleb were punctual, professional, and friendly.  They cleaned up every day and every area was cleaned well at the end of the job.  We have received many compliments on the paint and I have given their name and number to a couple neighbors and friends.  I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Repainting the kitchen cabinets was an add-on item during a nine room renovation made necessary by water damage from ice dams last winter. By the time Jade came in, most of the construction work was finished, which means I'd dealt with multiple crews moving in and out of the house (demo, sheetrockers, painters, plumbers, wood floor installer, etc.) over a three month period. Of the lot, Jade was, by far, the easiest to have around. His work space was always clean and tidy; he made sure there was as little impact to surrounding areas as possible; my belongings were treated with great care and respect. His laid back manner made him a pleasure to have around, from start to finish.
Then there's the worksmanship...wow. The cabinets weren't high end to begin with (installed by prior homeowner shortly after finding out he was being transferred to Texas), but afterward, looked like a million dollars. Jade has a very persnickety eye, as proven by the close inspection done before each step to assure a perfect finished product. The color is spot-on, matched to a swatch I gave him from another paint manufacturer, and paint lines along the walls razor sharp. No one tapes and masks better.
I wanted the oak grain to show, rather than have a glass-smooth finish (which, to me, feels too IKEA-ish). Jade agreed, and managed to keep the texture in tact without skimping on coverage. 
Upon reinstalling the door fronts, he made sure each swung correctly, that the corner lazy susan doors hung and swung symmetrically, the new hardware was installed perfectly, then added new bumpers to all doors to protect the new paint.
This was such a home run decision---I can't say enough good things about Premium Painting.

Jade and his crew are amazing! They did such an outstanding job. Right from the start they were easy to work with, did what they said they were going to do and everything turned out as discussed. They are very professional, tidy, punctual and detail oriented. They worked with us as we had some schedule changes that they handled very well. I would recommend them to anyone and we will be using them for future jobs.

Amazing.   Jade is a treat to work with.  Didn't even want money to start the job.  Crew worked around much lousy weather and still got the job done more quickly than we would have expected.  Highly recommended them.  Everyone was polite and easy to be around.  They were even nice to my old dog, giving her a little pat on the head when she was out in the yard.

Jade and his crew were amazing. They were incredibly laid-back and easy to work with. We had to delay the start of the project by a day and they took it in stride. The work was completed meticulously and on time. The results are excellent. The price was extremely competitive. The final cost was at the high end of their estimates but the scope of the work increased considerably from what was originally bid (they bid the project based on pictures prior to seeing the home and were unaware of painting 6 radiators, as well as numerous cabinet doors and windows that were not visible in the photos). 
Jade and his team went above and beyond by making improvements during the prep process such as cutting and replacing a missing trim piece and removing a bunch of defunct phone and electrical wires running along the trim. Every cabinet door and window was reassembled with its original hardware, window treatments, etc. without our asking. Any special request or preference was met with a "yes, I was already planning to do that". The team required zero management from us.
We look forward to our next opportunity to hire Premium Painting!

Caleb came to the house and provided the estimate. He was courteous and the price lower than the other 2 bids. The painter was also repectable, through and professional. The finished poduct was excellent. I would definitely use this company again.

Jade came to quote the job.  The quote was similar to other painting companies.  Jade seemed very professional and answered all of our questions during the quote.  They started and finished on time.  Very professional!  The walls look fantastic!  I will definitely use them again if I need any painting done :-)

The quality of the painting was superb and was completed ahead of schedule. Jade did a great job of covering all walls and surfaces (plastic and cloth sheets); I was very impressed at how clean the house was kept. The project completed under the originally stated estimate, which was a first in my experiences, so I really appreciated the honesty of the team.
I would not hesitate to recommend Premium Painting to a neighbor, or utilize them myself again if needed.

Caleb and his team did a great job. They were on time and very courteous, everything was draped and covered well and they fully cleaned up each night. He did a particularly good job with the skim coat work, smoothing out very bumpy walls where the previous owners had painted over wallpaper paste. The walls look brand new now. Their price was also very good, lower than two other estimates I received. I plan to have them out in the spring for exterior work we need done. I highly recommend them.

Dealing with Premium Painting was a charm. Quick quote and responsive to e-mail. They came in and did the paint job quickly and with good quality. They went above and beyond by reattaching all wall plates, vents, etc. Will use them again.

called for an estimate and they arranged for a time--I got called into work on an emergency and missed the appointment, but they agreed to write an estimate based on walking the exterior of the house.  They e-mailed me an estimate that described, in detail, the work they would do.  They had me select colors at Sherwin Williams and e-mail them my choices.  They called two days ahead of the start day and confirmed when they would be here.  They were done in two days--the crew was fast, efficient, friendly and meticulously neat. I was very pleased with the result--and my neighbors were too.

Found Premium Painting based on positive reviews on Angie's List. Caleb came out for an estimate around my schedule, and he was very competitve with other bids.  We actually received two bids from other painters that were double this estimate!  Seems as if some outfits were not interested in the job, but would take it if I was willing to pay a surcharge.
The project was to paint an area of our home that was recently resided with Hardi and an existing area that was painted about 10 years ago.  There was also much trim work involved and working on the third story.  Caleb and his guys came out to our home on time and worked diligently during a very hot day to get the entire project done on schedule (in 2 days).  The team was curtious, friendly, quiet, clean and did a very nice job.  They placed tarps over all the landscaping prior to starting, scrapped and primed any areas that needed it and  taped off the windows before getting down to painting the siding and trim.  They were very quiet and didn't play a loud radio (important, since we have a young child who naps in the afternoons) as many contractors do.  When finished, they cleaned up and made sure to say good bye.
We'd hire them again, without reservation.

Caleb and his crew painted all my interior trim throughout the house.  They were in and out in two day while other companies that were double the price were telling me it would be a 4 to 5 day project.  I did receive some quotes that were cheaper but Premium Painting also did my home's entire exterior last year and we were very happy with the outcome, so we really wanted them to do this project for us.  I will also contact Premium Painting first whenever something needs to be painted.

We are extremely satisfied with the interior painting done by Jade and Caleb.  Their proposal included all necessary information.  They were always on-time and completed work in a timely and professional manner.  They applied 2 coasts to both walls and all moldings.  I would not hesitate to use them again.
