Does an awesome job.

Left leaves in the yard. Did not plow the grass off the patio. Did not blow the grass off the patio. Some of the grass is higher than the other. Grass in my flower beds so I will have to clean grass out the grass. No I do not want them to clean off the snow this winter

I contracted with this company for basic lawn maintenance for the period of April to mid October for 22 mowing services, so far they came twice in two weeks and each time have not completed the mowing the last time they failed to mow the backyard I tried contacting them in several different ways, I have not received a response.

Before Precision Landscaping and Snow Removal I had someone else lined up, but they fell through. I reached out to Precision, got with Fred, and Fred was very personable, professional, and very responsive. He was extremely easy to work with and he had his crew out here in no time! I called him on a Sunday afternoon and his crew was out the following morning. Before they came along the weeds and grass had overgrown so much that it looked like a forbidden forest. To me it looked like a weeks worth of work. They did it in a day and a half. Now it looks like a yard!! Snow Removal has also been fantastic. Fred did a great job plowing a huge amount snow off of my driveway and seems like a really good guy and hard worker. I will definitely call him again. Aside from the work I was highly satisfied with the communication and customer service! I’m looking forward to doing business with them in the future.

Do not hire them, they do not follow their contract. They do not response the emails or phone calls.

I do not understand the point of snow removal if you have to do it yourself before you leave for work.

I'm basing the quality grade on a review you sent. It's too early to tell what we'll get. The administrative side seems very professional, a good sign.

Don called almost immediately after the request went through, and he indicated that he had one opening for a weekly mow left for the summer. We talked and he quoted me the parameters and the price, and we agreed on both. After 2 mows everything has gone very well, a d I am happy with the company.

I just signed up for their snow removal for the upcoming season. Kurt (maybe spelled Curt) helped me and I am hopeful it will be a good experience with their services. If so I will renew for another season. I will write another review after winter with my level of satisfaction. So far they have been prompt and responsive with my questions.

This company charged too much to clean a yard of leaves. $469 to clean a yard (front & back) on a 0.31 acre lot. I won't use them again.

Great service and communication

I became a fan of Precision when they took care of our snow removal while we were gone on vacation and we received an unexpected spring snow event. We were not customers at the time, but I reached out to see if they could take care of us while we were gone. Charlie said no problem. We received 20 inches of snow and Zack sent a picture of our clean driveway and hand-shoveled sidewalk. It was a relief not to have to deal with that coming back from vacation. We have been a customer ever since! Outstanding customer service!

unprofessional, bad customer service

When discussing the quote, the company rep was putting on a pretty hard sell. Against my better judgment, I decided to hire the company to mow my lawn, with the understanding that I urgently needed it mowed, preferably that weekend. On Friday, I signed a contract that stated the "mowing season" started May 19-25, and was told verbally that I would be "put on the schedule" and my lawn would be mowed within the next couple days. My lawn was not mowed within the next couple days. I called on Tuesday, May 24, and was told I was "on the schedule" and that my lawn would be mowed by end of day. My lawn was not mowed by end of day. I called again today, May 26, and was told I was "on the schedule" for my lawn to be mowed tomorrow. I asked if I could cancel service and get a refund since my lawn was not mowed within the May 19 - 25 range for season start listed on the contract. I was told no. Apparently, that date range means nothing, and as long as the company mows my lawn 13 times between May 19-25 and October 30, they've fulfilled their obligation. If all 13 mows are in October, I have no recourse according to the contract. I am sure their crew does good work, but have not experienced it for myself yet. Their customer service, however, makes me regret hiring this company.

Did a good job, however they left some gouges in my yard. I would hire them again !!
