THE CONTRACTOR ASKED FOR AN EXTENSION TO COMPLETE THE FLOORS (ONLY DOORWAY AND FIREPLACE MANTLE TRIM PIECES NEEDED TO BE INSTALLED YET). IT HAS BEEN GREATER THAN THREE MONTHS SINCE THE EXTENSION WAS GRANTED. THE CONTRACTOR HAS NOT RESPONDED TO OUR REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO GET THEM TO COMPLETE THE WORK. MARK HAS NOT SHOWN FOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS, AND DOES NOT MAKE HIMSELF AVAILABLE TO RESCHEDULE. PRECISION CRAFT HAS NOT RESPONDED TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S REQUEST TO RESPOND TO US, AND WE HAVE FILED SUIT FOR INCOMPLETE WORK AND POOR WORKMANSHIP IN CONCILIATION COURT. THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE HAS REQUESTED MATERIAL FROM US IN RESPONSE TO FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THEM AS WELL. PLEASE, SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE, LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR FLOOR REFINISHING.

PERMITS WERE NEVER PULLED, ELECTRICIAN WAS NOT LICENSED, WINDOWS ORDERED WERE HORRIBLY UNDERSIZED AND WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE CUSTOM ORDERED AND NOT RETURNABLE, WHEN IN FACT, THEY WERE A STOCK SIZE. HE SUED US FOR OVER $8000 DOLLARS, AFTER WE FIRED THEM FOR FAILING TO SHOW UP TO PERFORM THE JOB. THERE WAS A CREDIT BALANCE, FALSIFIED HOURS WORKED BY SUBCONTRACTORS, DOUBLE BILLED ELECTRICAL WORK AND WORK PERFORMED WITHOUT INSURANCE REQUIRED BY THE STATE.
