We have managed residential real estate since 1989. In 2020, we acquired a Property Management Franchise (PMI). We selected PMI because they have over 280 franchisees across the United states and manage over 40,000 homes. We have the knowledge, PMI gives us industry leading procedures, software and a network of like minded owners. Today we serve single family to apartment buildings with greater than 100 apartments. We are happy to manage a large portfolio or a single family home. We do property management so can do life.
