There are few times in my life when I have left and bean as frustrated as I was departing today. purchased tires from them almost 3 years ago, they are warrantied for 70,000 miles, when they did the service they made up a mileage on my car that was well under actual mileage. fortunately I get oil changes elsewhere and have documents on mileage around the time the tires were changed. My tires have worn out prematurely and when I went in to start the process of getting the tires covered under their warranty I was told "I'm not sure what we will do, I have to talk to my manager we will get back to you in a week" The person who helped me out was short with me, unwilling to start the process of figuring out if I have a claim under warranty. It seems like she was new to her job and I understand if she doesn't know the procedure, but in that case she should have said hang on while I call my manager.

Plymouth VIP was great to work with from the beginning to the end. I purchased a gift cert for my wife and pre-scheduled the detail a month in advance.  When it was time for the work, they were ready for her.  They completed the project as planned and the car looks and smells great. They are very professional and easy to work with.  I would recommend to anyone.

Personnel were very friendly and helpful when I originally purchased the car washes. I bought a Groupon coupon for $35 for 5 car washes. The employees are helpful each time I show up and they enter the car wash codes for me and then guide the car into the car wash.

Everything went well. They staff is very friendly and professional. I think their pricing is good because they have the 52-point inspection, but it is more expensive than some of other places. They are pretty flexible and I can usually get in within a week. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

They got me in really quick, and as far as I know, the service was good. I don't have anything to compare their price to, but the quality was good. I would recommend them to others. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They did a horrible job and fixed the wrong thing. The day after the repair work was done, my car had to be towed because the pad from the emergency brake came off and lodged itself in the brake. This shop either failed to tighten something or else missed this problem altogether. I had taken my cars to them before, and the service was OK, although they showed me samples of car fluids, hoping I would ask them to replace certain fluids. I'm writing this now because I am looking for a place to do suspension work on another car of mine and saw that this shop got good reviews, so I wanted to caution folks.

I've used Four Seasons on several occasions, and have found them to be very consistent. In this case, they were very clear about all of the charges associated with the job (unlike a couple of other shops that didn't estimate all of the parts needed to do the job), actually pushed a *less expensive* unit than I initially asked about that suited my actual needs better, and not only worked around my schedule, but gave me a ride back home when I dropped the car. The installation was a quality job, and has worked great (they even washed the car for me!). We had a minor issue with timing on the job, as they took every minute of the estimated time to complete the job (I think because their installer was scheduled in later then normal that day) - still completed by the latest time they had given me...just not early! Good guys to work with - they aren't always the lowest estimate, but they've always delivered (or over delivered) on what they promised

They are very good there. The staff is very good and the owner is really knowledgeable. The prices are very fair. They call you back right away and they are very honest. I have never felt that they tried to do service work that you don't need. They guarantee most of their work for a lifetime for whatever they have done. They are good about pointing out the preventative for the vehicle. I don't feel like they have ever overcharged for what they have done.

VIP did a great job. I had my daughter with me and she does not like to sit long. We went to have lunch and as promised the car was finished when we returned. I would definitely have them service my car again.

They are just great. If I have any car problems they will come out here and get me and give me a ride back home. I think the quality of their work is excellent. They know all the things from Honda. I can go in and talk to Dan the service manger about anything about my car and he always has time.

WHEN I PICKED UP THE CAR (ON MY SECOND ATTEMPT) I GOT INTO A HALF HOUR ARGUMENT WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER. AFTER 30 MINUTES OF ARGUING, HE OFFERED TO PAY FOR THE BROKEN KEY, TOLD ME MY ATTITUDE WAS RIDICULOUS, AND TOLD ME SEVEN TIMES HE DIDN''T UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS REQUESTING. AND SEVEN TIMES, I TOLD HIM I WAS ASKING HIM FOR A PERCENTAGE OFF OF MY BILL. HE THEN TOLD ME MY ATTITUDE WAS POOR IN RELATIONSHIP TO SEPT. 11TH, AND I SHOULD BE GRATEFUL THAT THIS PROBLEM WAS THAT SMALL.
