Very well. They came quickly, started my car, suggested I get the battery checked, recommended a type of battery. When asked they told me they could do it at the shop but didn't push their services in a way that was uncomfortable. Would definitely call them again.

Called Plymouth Automotive to get information on how to get car and pay bill. Was SHOCKED when she told me the amount, $245!!! How can a 5.4 mile tow cost? Highly opportunistic! In addition, the receiptionist was incredibly rude. She refered to the car being in the impound lot without explaining that this is not the city impound lot or a municipal impound lot but Plymouth Automotive's iimpound lot. She was condescending and rude. If at all possible, this place should be avoided.

They were there right away - completely hassle-free!

The gentleman was here within 15 minutes to jumpstart my car, and it was a simple, easy process. He was a very nice man and suggested I have my battery checked in the future to prevent further problems.

I called to ask that my vehicle be towed. They said that all trucks were busy and that it would be an hour. After an hour I called to see if they had forgotten about me. They called me back and a driver came with the tow truck. After looking at my car, he told me to be quiet as he was receiving a phone call. He then said that he was sorry, he had another call and couldn't help me and drove away stranding me on the street.
He never called me back, he just left.

All fluids were checked, new brakes installed and an oil change.

The guys at Plymouth Automotive always do a great job, from fair estimates to quick service. They answer any questions I have and do not push unnecessary service on customers. I would take my car there for service again.

My whole family and my husbands family uses this auto shop and have for years. They are honest and fairly priced. A testament to their good work is how long our vehicles last for. We now live in Otsego, but still drive to Plymouth to get work done because it has come to be the only place we trust.

Every job is completed on time and at the quoted price.

It was about $90 or $100 but they didn't take it off because they knew I was getting the work done there. I know some of these things are necessary however I had already had it analyzed and I knew what the problem was. I understand they have to probably confirm it but that was my biggest problem with them quite honestly but they did a good job. I thought it was a little excessive and I'm used to going to a Saab dealership. My car is ten years old now and this is the first time so I told the Saab guys I could not do it anymore because it's too expensive. I found somebody that I liked better through Angie's List so that's where I'm going to. Mine was an air flow problem or something and it ended up being pretty expensive, it was close to $400. If I knew what the problem was and knew that they could find out what the problem was in no time, then why charge me that much money if they wanted me to come back.

Plymouth Automotive has been taking care of my vehicles for about 8 years now. They do a great job! They are affordable, professional, and HONEST! You don't end up paying for all the bells and wistles from dealerships when you come here, they do not just tell you what the frequency reccomendations are from your "vehicles print out" like other shops. Great Plymouth location too!

They are very professional and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them to others.
