They're good. You can actually see how they treat your animal since there is a window, and they've always treated her very well, she comes out very pretty,

They don't have a very wide of a selection on bird food. Other than that, it is a nice store. The price is a bit high in comparison to other pet stores. The quality of everything is excellent.

They are very friendly. I have a 100lb+ Rottweiler and he loves to go there and they enjoy him too. I took my dog there many times as a puppy because it was cheaper. Now it is more expensive because he is larger, but they often call with deals on "The Works" package for $30 instead of $70. One thing I thought was really neat was when my dog was about a year old or older I took him in for grooming. One of the workers dug up a picture from his first bath at Petco and gave it to me.

My dog hates getting bathed and trimmed, and I hate cleaning the bathroom after bathing her. The self-service station is a great option. You use Petco's shampoo and products, get a professional tub (with a ramp for big dogs to walk up), and don't have to clean up, all for $12. The staff is also very gentle and good when trimming my dog's nails (about $8), even when she's nervous and the staff is busy.
