Went great. Made an appointment and they found the reservation right away and confirmed that they would trim the dog to standard cut and clip the nails. I also asked them to clean his teeth. They said it would be about four hours and they were done on time. Friendly people and they seemed to treat the dog well.

I had gotten a dog from a prior owner and she was filthy, smelly and matted (the dog, not the owner). I tried bathing her at home but she still stunk. I was able to get her in to the groomers at Petco the next day and they did a wonderful job. She was nervous but they were very gentle and patient with her. They did her teeth and nails as well as grooming and when she was done her coat was soft and beautiful and she smelled nice. She even had a little bow in her hair. I definitely would recommend them.

Marianna groomed our rescue pom who hates and fights grooming ---Marianna did not have time to trim her so that was taken off the bill and a small amount added for extra combing ---when I called because her tail area was not shaved Kris (manager also super nice) had me bring her in for a quick butt shave for no charge ---very clean and animals seem happy everyone working there seem to truly like the animals ---this is the only place I will bring Penny--- Also we have anti anxiety meds and when I said I would give her some before coming in I was told they would not work on a medicate dog---- They have many services and specials too

They are convenient and I would use them in the future.

I have been here w/ my dogs several times...due to the location, the somewhat lower cost compared to competitors, and ease of making last minute appts. Generally they are very indifferent to customers and their dogs. Frequently, not even a pleasant greeting. They will not kennel the "sibling" dogs together either. I even offered to sign a waiver, because my rescued dogs are much more comfortable together. The quality of the work is not very good. Fur is usually uneven in a variety of areas. They do get a good bath., and if you aren't all that concerned about a really even cut, this is OK. Marianna is the best as far a friendliness to owners and esp the dogs!

Called to make an appointment and was scheduled within the week. Dropped Darcy off for three hour window for his beauty appointment. Picked up a fluffy, trimmed, sweet smelling and happy dog! Darcy has seen Marianna at this PetCo. for his beauty treatments multiple times and she knows him by name. She clearly loves dogs and takes wonderful care of Darcy.

We are happy with Petco. The price is great, the quality is good, and it is typically easy for us to schedule an appointment that's convenient for us. We tried higher-end places but didn't see a big enough difference to justify the price.

We have used Petco Grooming for a few years and have never had any issues. I tend to wait until the last minute to book something and they usually can get me in within a couple days. They have convenient evening and weekend hours. You can get a discount, if you are a member of their PALS club.
