Started off like any other pedicure, ended on a horrible note. Went here with cousin's bridal party for pre-wedding prep. First time I'd ever had a manicure, and I was excited.
In all fairness, the other gals in the group (and, most importantly, the bride-to-be) all seemed satisfied with their treatment. I very much thought I would be also. It started off great... the guy that did the pedicure did a wonderful job. Once I was moved to the manicure area, a lady came over and suggested I pay at this point so my nails don't get smudged. Fair enough, I didn't foresee anything bad happening and her logic seemed sound. After paying for services and tip, another technician, who had been lounging and watching the TV, came over and told my pedicure guy (who was about to start on my manicure) to go over and start on a new customer's pedicure and she took over my manicure. She was not the most precise at applying the polish, and when she sent me over to dry my nails I noticed the color was noticeably uneven. When I went back to show her, rather than having me sit and look more closely at my nails she looked annoyed and said "Show me!" While we continued to stand, I pointed out the areas to touch up, and she obliged with huff and a frown, concluding with a scolding of, "Now it will take longer to dry!"
Never again. I'm glad others in my group had a good experience but that is one place I'll never recommend or return to.
