Description of Work: I purchased a $124 deal for a full roof inspection and detailed report with pictures plus $150 repair credit. The service went well. I had no problem scheduling the deal. 2-3 technicians were out.

Description of Work: Douglas came out and did a very detailed review of the condition of my roof. I had a small leak which he fixed and suggested a chimney cap (which he came back out and installed). I also had him provide an estimate for replacing a bathroom fan and some dry wall repairs. The price was right, so will have them do the work soon .

Description of Work: I took advantage of the "Big Deal" to have a roof inspection performed at my house. They arrived on time and performed a full inspection with many pictures to show me the status of my roof. At the same time they performed some minor maintenance (caulking of cracks and nail pops) on my roof. They then spent quite a bit of time reviewing my roof inspection report and reviewing the pictures they took of my roof. In the following weeks they sent me a copy of the full roof inspection report, the pictures and two estimates for a full roof replacement (which I will need in the next 1 to 2 years). The purchase price for the roof inspection was well worth it and I will contact them again when the time comes for the full roof replacement.

Description of Work: We purchased a Spring roof inspection. The gentleman inspected the roof and also sealed a vent boot that was torn. He took pictures and was able to show me the state of the roof. He was very helpful and polite and spent time talking about how much time we had before we would want to replace the roof. Though we still had a few years before the roof would need to be replaced, he was very willing to provide an estimate. The estimate was provided within just a few business days.

Description of Work: I had a lot of snow piled on my house and garage roofs due to drifting. Patrick's crew shoveled both roofs clear of snow. They cleared the sidewalks afterward. I was fit into their busy schedule which I appreciated.

Description of Work: An employee of Patrick Miller set up an appointment with me to look at my roof. He called and rescheduled the appointment twice and on the third appointment didn't show up or even bother to call. I called Patrick after the third try and he personally came out and looked at my roof. Patrick said the roof was fine with one area that appeared to be built incorrectly. Patrick was professional and apologetic for his employee. I felt that the $99 check up on Angie's List was a bit of a rip off, because I could have had any roofing contractor take a look at the roof for free. Patrick said there was nothing to really seal on the roof. I wouldn't recommend paying for this service when you can get a roofing company to take a look at your roof for free.

Description of Work: I bought a $124 coupon from Patrick Miller Construction for a roof estimate and $150 in repairs for my friend. I got a call from the owner that he did a drive by, but couldn't do the house because it was two story and the pitch was too steep, and to do it would cost $300+ what I already paid. He also said it was Angie's List's fault because he'd asked you to change the coupon or something. I don't know, but I need a refund and am annoyed since this is the exact verbiage from the coupon: "The Fine Print... No limit to the size of the home."

Description of Work: The provider came and did what he said he would. He did not try to sell anything and willing to answer all of my questions.

Description of Work: I arranged to meet Patrick at my home for an estimate on a deck and screen porch for my home and some siding repairs. He arrived promptly for the appointment, walked over the job in detail with me making observations and recomendations that were good - and indicated that I would have a written bid by email within a week. I never heard from him again. I called after 10 days to see if he would be providing a quote for the job and left a voice mail for him. He never called back. Very unprofessional. If he didn't want to bid the job I would have preferred he just told me that. I wanted 3 bids. Ended up selecting from the other 2.
