Description of Work: Power washed and stained deck. Took a little than expected to get them out there. Generally, did a decent job, though missed a couple of small spots. Workers showed up on time and were courteous and hard working.

Description of Work: Was hoping for inspection to point out areas that needed attention. Instead got quote for replacing entire roof.

Description of Work: We bought an Angie's List Deal for a room inspection, minor filling and a credit toward any additional repairs. The company was not responsive through Angie's List but responded fairly well via phone. They were out within a week and did the inspection along with some minor filling of nail studs. I was supposed to get a report emailed to me to tell us if there was evidence of water intrusion. I've called 3 times for the report, was told it would be emailed each time and still don't have it. I've given up on trying to pull this report from this company that I can only assume did something to my roof without written proof of it.

Description of Work: I was very impressed with the whole process from Patrick Miller Construction of putting a new roof on my house and garage. They also did new roofs on a few other houses in the neighborhood so I was able to watch their crew work, which is why I decided to go with them. I was amazed on how quickly they were done with the whole process and how well they do on cleanup. I would recommend Patrick Miller Construction to everyone.

Description of Work: A total of $750 was paid when service contract was provided. I've had to follow up several times to get confirmation on when work would be done. The deck staining was performed several weeks later than promised. The service was performed poorly, lacking a reasonable level of quality workmanship; lack of attention to detail with many areas of deck unstained, and runny-paint drips all over the deck. |A call was placed to sales manager on July 26 and message left requesting a review of the shoddy work to resolve my concerns and I have not received any response from the company or sales manager.

Description of Work: Patrick Miller's treatment for my wooden deck was almost miraculous in cleaning up My botched effort at staining the deck. Great company!

Description of Work: Prior to purchasing the Big Deal I called Angie's List to get clarification on the deal. The Angie's List representative was unable to answer the question so she contacted Patrick Miller Construction and added the owner to the call. It was determined that all of the work I needed done was not covered by the deal. At that point I requested an estimate and was going to wait to purchase the deal. However, the rep informed me I could purchase the deal then request a refund if the estimate was too high. The purpose of taking this approach would be to get the deal before it sold out or expired. I decided to take this approach. Patrick Miller Construction then came to my house and put together an estimate. I received the estimate verbally on 5/26 and it was significantly higher than I am willing to pay for the service so I told them I was not going to move forward with the job.

Description of Work: I purchased the deal for restoring 200 sq ft of deck for $200.00. My deck is larger than that so I knew there would be an extra charge. Since it was $200.00 for 200 sq ft and I had an additional 136 sq ft I thought I would be paying probably an additional $200.00 for the whole deck. When they came to look at the deck they told me it would be $544.00 additional over and above the $200.00. I can not afford to pay that much additional to have the work done so am requesting a refund. Thank you.

Description of Work: They fixed damage to my roof, put gutters on my roof and garage. They came out the first day i called and stopped the water that was leaking into the front door. They made feel at ease about the problems and got the work done as soon as possible.
