PARKWAY PAINTING

Tom was great to work with, as was Brian who worked with Tom in the early part of the project. Tom's wife, Krista, is very creative and assisted with the choice of colors - something I find very difficult for me to do, so that was wonderful. The whole thing was easy on us. Tom tidied up each day he worked and completed the project as the weather permitted. All in all a great experience and I would recommend him and use his company again.

The main thing was that everything happened as promised and on time. Tom, the owner was very courteous and flexible. He promised our estimate at the end of business the next day and delivered it early. The work was started and completed as promised. The work was excellent and Tom walked through after completion. There were a few minor "punch list" items that were scheduled and completed within 48 hours. His bid was competitive with 2 other bids we received for the work; they were not the low bidder, but not the highest either.

THIS IS HOW THE HOUSE SHOULD HAVE LOOKED WHEN IT WAS NEW. TOM IS VERY GOOD AT ATTENTION TO DETAIL. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SCHEDULING WAS ALWAYS WHAT WORKED FOR ME.
