DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO CARE FOR YOUR PROPERTY. My landlord hired this company. I have a hammock stand and a hose in the yard. They were supposed to come the week prior and no showed, so I did not know when they were coming. Instead of moving the hose, one of the landscapers weed whacked over it and put dozens of to cuts into it. The other landscaper literally mowed over my hammock stand base and destroyed one of the support legs. I contacted them and their response was “We have had this problem several times already “. WHAT?!?! How is this an ongoing problem? You move it, mow and then move it back! They offered to cut the affected end off. That was unacceptable to me, because the end cap was also destroyed and by cutting into it, only exposes it to rust and more damage. The paint and protective coating would be destroyed. I asked for a even replacement ( I gave them the exact product, size, weight limits and where to buy one) and while I was out of town, they brought a smaller, cheaper, less sturdy and completely different brand and dropped it in my back yard, giving myself or my landlord zero notice. I have since called and messaged and have received zero response. I plan on taking this to conciliation court. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR PROPERTY!

We all know that accidents can happen, and we acknowledge this and readily and promptly accept responsibility for any onsite damages. We quickly offered to repair the hammock stand, which would have been an easy fix and unnoticeable. Once you declined this offer, we promptly ordered a brand new replacement of the same make and model you requested, and delivered it to your home immediately. Parkway is the best. They have transformed my lawn from sparse to luxurious. Jim does an excellent job of getting my large perennial gardens ready for winter in the fall. Everyone is professional, respectful, and great to work with. Parkway is the gold standard in South Minneapolis and suburbs.

Very professional. Told me what he was doing and what to expect. He also asked if I wanted the weeds behind my detached garage sprayed. I never would have thought of that, nor would many other companies. It was an added perk.

fall & spring cleanup - OK except missed 2 falls due to snow (and didn't seem apologetic). Fertilizing OK - don't seem to do strip between sidewalk & street Tried to add on snow removal due to travel but they turned me down Can have surly / not friendly customer interactions New policy is they wont do cleanups fall/spring without weekly moving - RIPOFF

Also we are up against calendar to finish Fall cleanups before it snows (as you noted in your review). So to be fair to our mowing customers who want Spring or Fall cleanups we want to save any capacity we have for them. Very excellent!!!! THANK YOU PARKWAY AGAIN!!! The shrubs are manicured and done! The gross growth around the house and next to driveway pulled out by by hand, at their roots! And debris air blown away and hauled out-out-out!!! {{{ Happy shocked!! }}} Really did NOT expect Parkway Lawn Services to come so soon in the season for trimming and hauling away the excess growth/debris!!! And the guys even stayed while getting rained on!!! : )

This is the first time we have hired a company to do this work. They came out soon after we called which we appreciated. A few companies we called never responded. We feel we had a challenging lawn with some broadleaf weeds so we were happy when they were willing to come out. After the first treatment we had we noticed some improvement already. Look forward to seeing how the lawn looks in spring.

I contacted Parkway in early September requesting aeration. They replied within a day to the request, gave me an estimate, and had someone out within a week or two of when they started lawn aeration for fall. The work was done thoroughly, they cleaned up after themselves, and was an excellent value. I'm excited to continue this annual service

When our first service stopped showing up, we needed someone else fast. Parkway was the first to give us an estimate out of several we asked. The rates are good. The service is first rate. The owner is very personable. Service is reliable and well done. We are very happy. Highly recommend this company.

I had them out a couple of years back to do a couple of things for me. I had their card and I was just calling companies. I had checked on those that I saw on the list and they were available. They are very knowledgeable and professional. The man who came out to do the application was very knowledgeable and friendly.
