I bought a vacuum cleaner from them in 2009 and was very satisfied with my purchase.  I appreciated their knowledge and ability to help me choose a vacuum cleaner that was right for my cleaning needs.
When I had to bring my vacuum for a repair (I broke a part), they were very courteous and helpful.  I would definitely recommend them for either a vacuum purchase or repair.

Owner was very respectful. Took vac in to get it fixed. He knew that I was on a tight budget. Gave me estimate. When I returned to get vac, he charged me price quoted, but fixed additional things at no charge! Found used part to use.

My box store vacuum cleaner was not working properly, so I searched online for a vacuum store.  They were closest to my house so I stopped in.  The GM was very helpful and knowledgeable.  He explained vacuum cleaner concepts and options and asked me lots of questions about my vacuum needs (pets, etc.).  He showed me all the gadgets that came with the cleaner and explained how and why to use them.  As I was checking out, I mentioned I was an Angie's List member, and he gave me $40 worth of free bags. 
I would not have received this level of service or knowledge from a big-box store.  I love supporting small, local businesses.

Brought vacuum in for maintenance check on vacuum purchased 12-3-11.  Serviced while I waited.  Efficient/thorough.  Cleaned headroller as well.  Even carried out canister, hose/wand to my car on this very cold day.

Other stores quoted twice as much. They were very quick and very courteous.

Every time I brought my vacuum in Craig fixed it, free of charge on the spot. I would never go anywhere else!!

I just installed new carpeting in parts of my home and my Dyson vacuum cleaner would not work on it.  I called Dyson and they said maybe in a year or so when the fibers were not so new, it might work, otherwise there was nothing they could do.  
I looked on blogs about our particular carpet and it was recommended to NOT use a box store brand of cleaner on this carpet or it it could void the warranty.
So, I googled up vacuum cleaner stores in the Twin Cities and Park Vacuum Center was close as I live in Minnetonka,  so I gave them a call and explained my situation.  A  very, enthusiastic gentleman names Craig Christianson answered the phone and he seemed very knowledgeable.
So, I took a large piece of a carpet remnant with me (Craig had suggested this) and as soon as I walked in he remembered our phone call.
So, he proceeded to have me vacuum my remanant with different vacuum cleaners until I decided on one specific brand.  He did not push me to buy the most expensive, in fact, just the opposite.  He even put real horse hair bristles on the brush to make it not as h****** the fibers of the carpet at no charge!!!
I got the vacuum home and it works like a charm and I love it.

My vacuum needed a little rebuild and it was done quickly and professionally.

Work performed on time.  Vacuum in good working order at time of pickup and still working well.

Very knowledgeable service man - polite - great explanation of problem - very timely in completing repair -very professional in all aspects

It went well. In my opinion a little expensive for labor and parts.
