1. Knew the part in a few seconds had it in my hand in 2 minutes for $2.50
2. Did not have the part I needed, but found it nearby, ordered it from a wholesale, gave me directions to pick it up, and everything went very smoothly. Saved about $200 by being able to do this myself and having Park Supply find the part for me.
Service is very big at Park Supply. Highly recommended. If they don't have it, they will probably find it for you quickly.

This is a good store. They help us out when we go in and ask questions. They help us learn how to do the job we're going to do. For a homeowner they're pretty good because they help you learn to solve your own plumbing problems. If you can't handle your own problems they can refer you to good plumbers who can.
