Computer Repair
Diagnosis was quick and 100% accurate. He called to tell me what needed to be done, how much it would cost and how long it would take. He had the computer repaired and ready for pick up 4 hours earlier than promised. In addition to the repair, he also made some much needed improvements to the setup of my computer. This is the 4th or 5th time that I have this company's services. I have been very pleased each time. I highly recommend them for any computer repair/update work.

They provide good services. My doctor is always accommodating. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I have always felt like an important patient whenever I have called her.

The staff is always nice and friendly. My gripe was that the wait times were excessively long. If I were to call, I generally wouldn't be able to get in for another two weeks. It was frustrating that though they were close to my house, the availability was just not there. I never felt like I connected with any of the doctors. I felt like they were too booked up already to have any desire to get new patients.

I have used Park Nicollet Clinic for several years. I use Dr. Heather Dantzer. She is a knowledgeable physician and she is updated on everything. She treats you like a person and gives you time to ask questions and have complaints.

I have been going to them for twenty years. They never make me feel rushed in the urgent care setting. They make me feel like they care about me, and what I am going through. They are really good with kids. They always seem to go the extra mile. The nurse went out of the way to bring pictures to entertain my kids.

I got there and was admitted to an exam room within 5 minutes of arrival. The doctor quickly examined me, diagnosed my condition and I was out of there in about half an hour. I was pleased with the speed of everything.
