UPSTAIRS AND STAIRWAY WERE DONE PROFESSIONALLY AND I'M VERY PLEASED. KITCHEN WAS LESS THAN ADEQUATE. THREE THIN AREAS BETWEEN WOOD TRIM AND CABINETS WERE NOT TOUCHED AND HAD ORIGINAL PAPER ON THEM, NOT EVEN NEW PAINT OVER THEM. ALSO IN ANOTHER AREA, THERE REMAINED SMALL OPEN HOLES OF RAW PLASTER (AFTER WALL PAPER REMOVAL) WHICH NEITHER PAINT NOR ''MANDA MUDD'' COVERED. THESE SHOULD HAVE BEEN FILLED BY COMPANY OR I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ALERTED AND I WOULD HAVE FILLED THEM BEFORE PAINTING OCCURRED. LASTLY, JOB GOT STRUNG OUT LONGER THAN THE EXPECTED 3-4 DAYS, A MINOR INCONVENIENCE ONLY. THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT WAS DONE WAS GOOD EXCEPT FOR THE KITCHEN ITEMS MENTIONED ABOVE.

HUNG COMMERCIAL WALLPAPER AND LEFT MANY BUBBLES AND PASTE EVERYWHERE. WE STILL HAVE OUTSTANDING ISSUES.

WORK WAS EXCELLENT BUT A LOT OF MISCOMMUNICATION (BETWEEN DREW AND PAINTERS) ON WORK TO BE DONE, BID, ETC. NOT A BIG DEAL JUST MAKE SURE YOU HAVE HIM WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN CLEARLY DURING BID. TELL THEM WHAT ITEMS TO COVER WHEN SANDING. NOT AUTOMATIC.

DREW''S A GREAT GUY---WE''VE USED HIM TWICE NOW. WE HAD A SOFFIT INSTALLED WITH THE REMODEL THAT NEEDED TO BE TAPED, MUDDED AND SANDED...AND DREW TOOK CARE OF IT NO PROBLEM! HE ALSO MUDDED AND SANDED AN AREA IN THE BASEMENT FOR US.
