Ben was very knowledgable about the vacuum. Although he recommended items that I was not planning to buy when I walked into the store, he was not pushy at all and gave me several options if I did not want to do everything. When I called back to tell them to go ahead with all the work, his co-worker mentioned a new vacuum that we could purchase for around the same money that it would cost us to repair the old one. I declined that offer, and Ben told us later that the vacuum she mentioned was not nearly the quality of the vacuum we repaired, which would cost about $500 to replace. My wife is very happy with the vacuum. Since we needed the tune-up and replacement bags, we feel we essentially spent $140 for the replacement parts to make our $500 vacuum like new. After we paid the bill and Ben gave us a couple of free products that came as a promotion with the bags we purchased, he insisted on carrying the vacuum out to the car for us.
