Jeremy Heimer at Optimus Home Mortgage walked my partner and me through the entire process of obtaining a mortgage. He laid out the options with all the pros and cons without making me feel ignorant (although when it came to this kind of thing, I was a total novice). He explained the different kinds of mortgages and in the end, even saved us money at closing. He was always cheerful and helpful regardless of how often I called and even helped clear up an erroneous entry on my credit report to ensure I would qualify for the best rate. With all the attention on mortgage companies as of late, I will say that Jeremy was above board in virtually every area of the process and conducted himself with professionalism, providing exceptional customer service. We shopped around for a good rate and good service...we got the best of both with Optimus.

Service and communication was top-notch. I was always able to contact Jeremy- even on the weekend or after I got home from work. The paperwork was minimal and we did most of the work by phone and mail. The whole process went smoothly and I would definitely recommend him. He attended my closing - which was nice because I needed clarification on a couple of items that came up at closing.
